Del Gallo Insurance CSR24 - A Real Competitive Advantage for Prime Agency (Appeared in the January 2004 issue of the AMS Users’ Group User-To-User publication)
Del Gallo Insurance & Investments, a two person Prime agency in Unionville, Connecticut, decided to make the investment in CSR24 last January. Agency owner, Mike Del Gallo, feels CSR24 offers a small agency a real competitive advantage. According to Mike, "I would recommend the product to all agents...especially those selling outside my immediate area. When I'm talking to large accounts particularly, it's a major selling point that they can access their policy information any time of the day or night."
Mike finds this feature helpful to him as well. "I like the idea that I can access the system from anywhere I have Internet access. And having the ability to reissue certificates and ID cards, and e-mailing them to clients, definitely speeds up the renewal process."
Another feature that helps Mike sleep at night is the fact that CSR24 acts as a backup to his Prime system. According to Mike, "I feel secure in knowing that if our Prime system is down, I have another avenue available to access client information."
The Del Gallo agency found CSR24 easy to install and the support staff extremely helpful. They made the decision to expand 24/7 service gradually starting with their largest clients first. Their goal was to make the transition as smooth as possible.
