Gulfshore Insurance, Inc. of North Naples, Florida is enjoying the benefits of CSR24. According to Gianna Harts, of Gulfshore, their most active users of CSR24 are construction companies, sub contractors, and fleet customers whose employees need certificates just to get on a jobsite. They don't have time to wait for a certificate request to be mailed or faxed. In addition to the daily conveniences of CSR24, these customers are able to better manage their business especially around renewal time. They can update and maintain their vehicle, driver and equipment information online, which can speed up the renewal process. And they can now get policy information immediately, rather than having to wait for a call back from a CSR.

CSR24 has also reduced the workload of agency staff, noted Harts. "CSRs now receive formatted e-mails instead of handwritten faxes and notes. These, in turn, can be easily sent to the underwriters. They spend a lot less time issuing certificates".

Gulfshore has also realized an added benefit in acquiring new business and developing existing accounts. When bidding for new business, Gulfshore has made CSR24 and its superior service capabilities part of their sales presentation. They are able to differentiate themselves from the competition, which has yet to realize the value of extending their service hours and capabilities.
