We recently spoke with Brown & Brown Insurance of Arizona about their experience with CSR24. We heard of a large agency’s transformation from providing great to exceptional customer service. It has helped their agents manage their desks skillfully and allowed them to better serve their insured’s needs: Brown & Brown Insurance has seen a drastic cut in the time it takes to issue certificates of insurance with CSR24. CSR24 is simple to navigate and the ability to predefine templates has allowed us to reduce redundancy in our workflow. This was first apparent with one of our largest clients. Issuing renewal certificates took days prior to CSR24. At their last renewal, we were able complete the task in a fraction of the time. In our office of about 45 commercial agents, we have approximately 30 clients currently using CSR24. We have had some clients bring the benefits they see to our attention as well; proclaiming that the system has allowed them to comply with their vendors in a more timely manner and given them more time to complete tasks in their environment, which they had lacked before.
